PT. Tooling System Mfg. was established in August 2000 with the production line of manufacturing & supplying: Machining Part, Moulding, Dies, Jig & Fixture, & Recondition Machinery.
In the mid of 2004 we had been succesfully manufacturing Extrusion Head System for Blowing Machine, one of the important part on blowing machine.
We serve various design Head System:
- Side Stripe
- Single Cavity
- Multi Cavity
- Single Layer
- Double Layer
In Engineering Services We give solution to our custumer for repairing equipment as well as original condition. The advantage in recondition and services mostly can reduce production cost. That’s will given benefit to our costumer.
We believe that reconditioning and/ or re-manufacturing of engineering services backed up with our long accumulated experience are one of the most noble work absolutly necessary in our lives
